On November 15-16, 2019, Boise will host the first ever WordCamp in Idaho. The two-day conference will take place at Boise State University.
Fun fact: About 1/3 of all websites in the world are run with the WordPress content management system. That could include your customers and maybe even you!
Sponsors play a vital role in making WordCamps available to so many people at an affordable rate and the event won’t be possible without their support. Sponsoring will enable you to give back to the WordPress community and simultaneously capture the attention of a diverse and engaged audience.
If you are interested in joining us as a sponsor, there are sponsorship levels to fit every budget.
Why support WordCamp Boise?
WordCamps are entirely run by volunteers and the only funds available are those from ticket sales and our community supporters. We strive to keep ticket prices low ($40 for a two-day event) to ensure accessibility. However, that introduces a challenge when it comes to having a suitable venue, food for over a hundred people, technical capabilities, support services, and top-notch speakers.
What’s in it for me? (and my brand?)
With all levels of support comes exposure for your brand to our attendees.
In addition to positive online press about your brand, you can also use your support as an opportunity to reach out in-person to your potential new customers or clients that are attending our event.

Do any of the sponsor opportunities come with the option to have a table to demonstrate our product and talk with attendees?
Hi Chip: Yes, that is an option for several of the sponsor levels. If you’d like, I can ask one of our co-organizers who’s in charge of sponsorships to reach out to you directly.
Yes, I’d be interested in knowing more. Thank you!
